Murder in Little Piddling has larger than normal piece sizes for a 1000 piece puzzle and the finished puzzle is 24″ x 30″.
Cut Style
White Mountain mystery puzzles have a random cut and the pieces flow in a a ribbon or serpentine pattern.
This means that instead of having straight edges on all sides, the pieces have a more irregular and flowing shape.
Materials

Does Jen Recommend White Mountain Mystery Jigsaw Puzzles?
I definitely recommend the mystery series from White Mountain! It’s becoming “thing” to have puzzles be a little something more after all the pieces are together.
I selected Murder in Little Piddling because I am a fan of Midsomer Murders, the British mystery television series. This puzzle in particular reminded me of the bucolic villages from the tv series. I’m a sucker for a Cotswold cottage!
Part of the fun of jigsaw puzzles is seeing the image come together, but when there’s that little extra bit like a seek and find or a twist, I am all in!
The details of the mystery are revealed as the puzzle is put together so I’ve been careful about what photos to show you so the mystery isn’t spoiled. That’s no fun at all!
Definitely check out White Mountain’s mystery series, if you like that something extra at the end (besides the puzzle rub!) you won’t be disappointed. Hopefully they’ll continue making puzzles for this series.
