Trefl offers a selection of 8 different piece counts across their three puzzle lines. They start at 15 pieces and range up to 6000 pieces. A 6000 piece puzzle is about 4.5 feet by 3.2 feet!

Trefl offers a variety of cut styles – ribbon cut, random cut, and crazy shapes.
Material
Tefl puzzles definitely make a quality product. Their puzzles are made from recycled board and they use a flax fiber paper which reduces light reflection! This is good!

Benefits of Doing Jigsaw Puzzles
There are so many benefits to doing jigsaw puzzles. They’re great for keeping your brain sharp. I use them for concentration, manual dexterity, and hand-eye coordination. Must stave off the brain cloud!
In addition to those skills, they help teach pattern recognition, shape sorting, color recognition, problem solving, and even patience. Lord knows I could use the practice with that one!

Based on all my criteria Trefl Crazy Shapes Puzzles are an excellent choice for an afternoon or two of puzzling. Their bright images and well fitting interlock make their puzzles a pleasure to complete.
I completed the Crazy Shapes puzzle Tropical Island, which I thought would be super difficult. The shapes are definitely crazy but once we got the hang of it, we finished it easily in an afternoon.
The lack of reference poster doesn’t bother me as I don’t mind the extra challenge.
