Custom Photo Image Comparison
Below on the left is my original artwork. (I added a drop shadow so you can see I put a white border around my custom image).
I ordered a custom puzzle tin with the image of my puzzle on it for reference. Both the image on the tin and of the puzzle were clear. I used a 100 dpi* image measuring 4134px x 2953px. DPI refers to ‘dots per inch’ and px refers to the number of pixels.
*Ravensburger suggests using an image with a resolution of no less than 150 dpi. My image was 100 dpi and while I’m happy with the results, I do wonder if the extra 50 dpi would have made a difference.
