Benefits of Doing Jigsaw Puzzles
There are so many benefits to doing jigsaw puzzles. They’re great for keeping your brain sharp. I use them for concentration, manual dexterity, and hand-eye coordination.
In addition to those skills, they help teach pattern recognition, shape sorting, color recognition, problem solving, and even patience.
Does Jen Recommend EuroGraphics Puzzles?
Based on all my criteria EuroGraphics Puzzles are a solid choice for an afternoon of puzzling. Their bright images and well fitting interlock make their puzzles a pleasure to complete.
The lack of reference poster doesn’t bother me as the pictures on the larger size boxes is enough and I don’t mind the extra challenge.
EuroGraphics offers an enormous range of images and themes. Check out their collection of puzzles available on Amazon by clicking below.

i bought 5 of these puzzles at samβs club.about 10 of the pieces are almost paper thin.never buy again.
Hi Bill,
I wonder if the puzzles you purchased were knock-offs. Eurographics pieces measure 1.8mm which is middle of the road for thickness. I have a chart for pieces by brand and thickness here. https://mypuzzleday.com/puzzle-piece-sizes/
Hi,
I was just gifted my first Eurographics puzzle so I wanted to know what I was getting into before starting it. Can you please clarify for me something you said? Under Inside the Box, it says “False Fits: No”. But under Cut Style, it says, “Ribbon cut offers its own challenge in that many pieces fit where they do not belong.” Isn’t that the very definition of a false fit?
Hi Cindy,
Thanks for the comment and so sorry for the confusion! My experience with Eurographics is that they are grid cut and do not have false fits, even though the pieces look similar.
