Magical Potions? Yes Please!
As a Dungeons and Dragons nerd from way back, I fell in love with the Magical Potions puzzle! What adventures are we on that we need potions like these? Definitely something daring! This puzzle would be perfect as framed (or unframed!) artwork in a game room.

The Happy Sheep Yarn Shop!
I love this whimsical puzzle. Not just because I’m a fan of sheep and yarn, but because the thatched cottages and mountains are like a peek into old world Switzerland. My daughter could not resist giving each of the sheep names. So, from left to right – Friend, Citrus, Berry, Kumquat, Dandelion, Scooter, Beatrice, Pig, and Violet.

These Are Beautiful Mushrooms!
Mushrooms and toadstools are all the rage right now and I was thrilled to find this puzzle. It is definitely a keeper and one that will be preserved and hung on my wall.
The artwork is definitely my vibe, I love botanical illustrations. Each of the mushroom vignettes has beautifully illustrated images. There are even some surprises waiting for you!

This article was so much fun to read! Thank you so much for putting together a lovely blog regarding my puzzles. Since 2020 I’ve been illustrating puzzles. Creating puzzles with Ravensburger is the highlight of my year. I love working with them, and I love connecting with the puzzle community. I feel very blessed to be able to share my artwork with so many people!
Yes, I also design board games and have done quite a bit of illustration work for games as well. Board games are another passion of mine, and I agree that the potion puzzle would look amazing in a game room.
Side note regarding the tutorial video: I paint nearly everything in color. It is still a great skill to have to turn a black and white image into color.
I appreciate all the kind words. Best, Nathanael
